Here's a mega-rare Royce 100 ATM diver from when else? The 1970s.
Check out this 1970s Royce diver with a massively cool orange dial and -- even more rare - an orange bezel, all in excellent to mint condition.
This is a solid stainless steel huge diver, 43mm wide excluding the unsigned crown, by 50mm from lug to lug. The case is excellent, with only minor scratches. There's a bit of tarnish on the steel hands. which shows up more in photos than to the eye. Nothing to detract from the immense appeal of this classic!
A bit of Royce history. The logo is reminiscent of Rolls-Royce, but there's no connection to the car company as far as we know. The Royce case was developed by Sylvain Kocher and used by many Swiss makers for their divers. Check out the hooded lugs and the 13-sided compression ring to protect the crystal.
The bezel is unidirectional and ratchets with a satisfying click with each turn.
Under the hood is a 25-jewel A. Schild 2063 incabloc movement keeping flawless time.
