Here's an icon of the 1970s, the massive Omega Flightmaster with a tropical dial.
This is a 43mm slab of steel and a cool. Original polish, scattered light dings in the case, as befits a watch of this vintage. There is also a small dent around the 1 marker on the bezel.
Check out the tropical chocolate dial, with that blue GMT hand and orange second hand. All five crowns work correctly. The manual wind Caliber 910 movement keeps excellent time.
The Omega-signed 1159 bracelet fits a 7.5 inch wrist comfortably. (Note: the bracelet in the last photo is the 1159, which is now on the watch.)
