Here's a vintage Wittnauer chrono with its original stainless steel beads of rice bracelet.
Check out the minty black dial and cool subdials, the lollipop seconds hand and that amazing cabernet-red bezel, all in excellent condition.
This is a large chrono, 41mm wide, excluding the signed Wittnauer crown by 48mm from lug to lug. A few scratches on the case, nothing to detract from the immense appeal of this chrono classic.
You don't see these very often with the original beads-of-rice bracelet. It is in very good condition, with some blemishing on the lower lug ends, and light scratches on the clasp. It will fit a 7.7 inch wrist.
The movement is a manual winding Wittnauer 14Y movement, made for Wittnauer by Landeron. (It's a modified Landeron 249.) The top pusher starts the chronograph. Bottom pusher stops and resets the chronograph.
After a servicing, the watch is keeping excellent time; the chrono pushers function as they should.
Strap it on. Heads will turn.
