Here's a 1960s Universal Geneve with a pinstriped piepan dial that is just so ... cool.
Classic black and tan on this, with a bit of very light spotting in a few places, as photos show. Nothing major, nothing to detract from the immense appeal of this vintage masterpiece.
The solid stainless case is 35mm wide, excluding the unsigned crown by 42 from lug to beefy lug.
The 17-jewel Caliber 332 manual winding movement is keeping excellent time. One small issue: the crown pulls out and sets fine, but it doesn't stay out unless you hold it. A minor issue that doesn't affect the working of the watch.
