Here's a vintage 1970s Aquadive diver, 666 feet, a classic in so many ways.
Check out the multi-color diver's bezel, for one. The red-black-gray dial. Those strong hands and the lumed seconds hand.
This is a model 1939, one of those 1970s beasts, a solid 38mm wide, excluding the unsigned crown, by a massive 46mm from lug to lug.
The 25-jewel Swiss movement is freshly serviced, keeping excellent time.
This also has a quick-date change function, working well.
All in all, these Aquadive watches are rare and so hot. Want to know why? Strap it on. You won't want to take it off.
